The lake is a moving tableu of colour and a source of life for the local Tribal people. It supports birds as well as some local fishermen. Saket Loak is a perfect escape. I have spent a lot of time in India over some 50 years and this is one of the most beautiful and relaxed places I have been to. My wife and I ended up staying for over a month and leaving was very difficult for us. It's a very special place.

THE FOOD
Saket Loak has a commitment to using only the freshest local ingredients. As much as possible, meals are prepared from the wonderful soil of nearby farms.
All care is taken to cater for Western and special dietary requirements from a chef and kitchen staff with a passion forservice and quality.
My husband and I have special eating requirements. Chef adapted his menu to produce wonderful, varied food. Each meal was nutritious and tasty. Then again, everything about Saket is superb.

It is a world defined by the timeless Aravali Hills that stretch out in the distance and the beautiful lake upon whose banks the Villa is perched.
The Villa provides a perfect vantage point to observe the local villagers go about their daily tasks: handwashing clothes, herding cows & goats and cutting the winter grass.
